Description: We present the theoretical foundations of cellular and systems neuroscience from distinctly quantitative point of view. We develop the mathematical and computational tools as they are needed to model, analyze, visualize and interpret a broad range of experimental data. Additional course work required beyond the undergraduate course requirements. Cross-list: NEUR 415, ELEC 488, CMOR 415, ELEC 588, CMOR 615. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for NEUR 615 if student has credit for NEUR 415.
