Description: This is a Ph.D. foundational course on the major research streams and theoretical approaches to the field of micro organizational behavior. Its primary objectives are to familiarize students with the field's fundamental assumptions, phenomena, concepts and theories, and to provide the students with a foundation from which they may start generating their own research interests and building their own research program. The course serves as a crucial building block for the comprehensive examine in the Ph.D. program in organizational behavior.
