Description: This course will prepare students for a career as a scholar in finance. To do so, we will read and discuss key scholarly papers in the field. Our focus will be on classic and recent research papers in the field of corporate finance. The course is structured to introduce students to selected areas of
research and research methods, rather than to be encyclopedic in its coverage.
