Description: This course builds on Machine Learning for Business I and introduces students to machine learning methods used in business applications that leverage large scale data. The methods that will be covered include clustering, ensemble methods, convolutional neural networks, deep learning methods, and analyzing unstructured data such as text. Students will learn to apply these methods in a wide range of areas of marketing, finance, and other business areas, with applications such as customer reviews and segmentation, financial disclosures, and media coverage. Students will gain hands-on experience through assignments and a group project.
