Description: This course will be an overview of advanced principles and techniques in cell and molecular neuroscience; subjects will include bio-electricity, cellular signaling, and the molecular mechanics of neuronal plasticity. The class will primarily be lecture driven. However, there will be seminar component – students will review primary scientific literature, discuss it in small groups, and present their findings.
