Description: Through a historical and sociological analysis students will think critically about the American Microbrewery as both a historical institution and modern phenomenon. To complement this and demonstrate their knowledge students will physically brew multiple beers during the semester.
Due to the necessity of sampling, this course will be limited to ages 21+.
