Description: This course investigates animal physiology from a cellular and molecular perspective. Using an integrated and comparative approach, students learn how animals maintain homeostasis. Students will read primary literature to explore physiological adaptations for survival in extreme conditions. Cross-list: BIOC 335. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for BIOC 536 if student has credit for BIOC 335.
