Topics range from physical-level analysis and modeling of new devices, interconnect, and power supply, to circuit-level design techniques for low power and high performance, to application-oriented digital circuits/systems for security and machine learning. Recommended Prerequisite(s): ELEC 326/COMP 326 or ELEC 342 or Digital Circuit Courses.
