Description: Existence and uniqueness for solutions of ordinary differential equations and difference equations, linear systems, nonlinear systems, stability, periodic solutions, bifurcation theory. Theory and theoretical examples are complemented by computational, model driven examples from biological and physical sciences. Recommended Prerequisite(s): (MATH 212 or MATH 221) and (CAAM 335 or MATH 355 or MATH 354) and (MATH 302 or MATH 321 or MATH 331)
