Description: Students develop a variety of leadership skills and abilities by solving weekly engineering challenges in small teams. Students practice various roles as team members and leaders, then receive rapid performance assessments and mentoring from fellow students and staff. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for ENGI 219 if student has credit for RCEL 300/RCEL 400.
