Description: The course comprises an in–depth examination of the career and major works of a scholar of significant influence within and beyond anthropology. In Fall 2018, the course will focus on anthropologist Mary Douglas. Cross-list: ANTH 424. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for ANTH 624 if student has credit for ANTH 424. Repeatable for Credit.
