Description: A study of VLSI technology and design. MOS devices, Characteristics and fabrication. Logic design and implementation. VLSI design methodology, circuit simulation and verification. Additional course work required beyond the undergraduate course requirement. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for ELEC 527 if student has credit for ELEC 422.
