Description: Introduction to scientific method, principles of experimental design, selected research strategies, record keeping, and technical communication as related to biological science. The prereq BIOC 201 may be taken concurrently with BIOC 211. Students matriculating fall 2009 or later who wish to take BIOC 211 must take BIOC 111 or test out of it.
