Description: This course examines the dynamics of urban politics and policy in an emerging global city - Houston. The lab is project-based and allows students to engage in hands-on, policy-focused research under the guidance of the faculty instructor. Weekly sessions will include lectures, case studies, guest lecturers, site visits, and work on research projects. POLI 350 requires either POLI 332 as a pre-requisite, which can be taken concurrently. POLI 337 may serve as a Co-Requisite for this course.
