Readings will be drawn from the periodical literature, books and monographs, and reports. A term paper will be required. The prerequisite for undergraduates is BUSI 405, but the course will also be open also to a small number of other students who have taken just BUSI 305. MBA students: Prerequisite is MGMT 601.
