Description: Examines the strategic management of businesses in market and non-market environments. Key topics include competitive and industry analysis, strategy formulation and implementation, and strategic planning. Case discussions of real companies are combined with readings concerning the key topics. Students must also have completed at least three (3) of the courses required for the Business Minor to enroll.
Prerequisite Requirement: Three (3) BUSI courses. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for BUSI 390 if student has credit for BUSI 471.
