Description: Within companies, technology supports new ways to coordinate undertakings and share best practices across organizational boundaries. In this course, we will first consider the development of knowledge management and how it relates to improved performance. We will then consider how the pervasive use of digital technology is changing ideas about privacy, security, authority, social relations and knowledge itself.
