Description: Corporate financial management including tools used to evaluate and select investment projects and the method of financing those investments. The influence of corporate control on investment decisions. The valuation of stocks, bonds and options using the time value of money, the trade-off between risk and return, and arbitrage. Recommended Prerequisite(s): ECON 200 or ECON 301 or ECON 370.
