Description: This course will cover the history and culture behind bicycles and how they have sparked a modern movement. The first half of the semester will cover the different types of bicycles, their purposes, and how they've evolved over time. The second half of the semester will cover the basic mechanics, parts, and repairs. Students will experience the culture and mechanics of bicycles firsthand through group rides and hands-on repair sessions.
