Description: Education for this 21st Century of change and innovation demands problem-solving and critical thinking skills. This course approaches the teaching of content areas with a multi-focused lens that demands students and teachers to grapple with open-ended problems in small groups with quality questioning. Five hours of field observation is integral to the work in this course. Graduate version of EDUC 319 and additional requirements are required. Cross-list: EDUC 319. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for EDUC 519 if student has credit for EDUC 319. Repeatable for Credit.
