Description: This course considers the phenomenon of "clean energy," using a social scientific approach to analyze the various forces and interests involved in the development of renewable energy projects (such as biomass, hydropower, solar and wind) in both the global North and South. No prerequisites required. GR/UG Equivalent: ANTH 332. Cross-list: ANTH 332, ENST 332. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for ANTH 532 if student has credit for ANTH 332.
