Description: Recent tragedies in Colorado and Connecticut have reignited a national conversation about the role of guns in American society. Advocates of a strict reading of the Second Amendment, and adherents to gun regulation, have offered numerous solutions, yet compromise appears impossible. This course explores the problem of American gun culture.
