Description: This course will investigate animal physiology from a cellular and molecular perspective using a comparative approach. Students will explore the physiological concepts underlying aerobic and anaerobic metabolism, thermoregulation, osmoregulation, kidney function, and other mechanisms involved in maintaining homeostasis.
