Description: This course is required for all Alternative spring Break site leaders. Students will (1) examine conflict management and mediation strategies, (2) develop a general knowledge about health and wellness strategies, (3) gain skills for responding to emergency situations, and (4) develop proactive strategies for helping participants adjust to new cultures. Offered the 1st Half of Full Term in the Spring, weekly. Repeatable for Credit.
