Description: Introduction to the evaluation of alternative investment opportunities with emphasis on engineering projects and capital infrastructure. Time value of money concepts are developed in the context of detailed project evaluation and presentations. In addition, concepts and applications of risk analysis and investment under uncertainty are developed. Requires oral and written presentations by students. Grad students will have an extra case study to perform. Cross-list: CEVE 528. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for ENGI 528 if student has credit for ENGI 303.
