Description: Introduction to the evaluation of alternative investment opportunities with emphasis on engineering projects and capital infrastructure. Time value of money concepts are developed in the context of detailed project evaluation and presentations. In addition, concepts and applications of risk analysis and investment under uncertainty are introduced. Requires oral and written presentations by students. Cross-list: ENGI 303.
