Description: The distribution, origin, and evolution of various tectonic systems, and characterization of their structural and geophysical signatures, emphasizing crustal and lithospheric processes associated with tectonic deformation. Review of representative global examples of convergent and collisional margins, divergent and passive margins, and transform margins.
