Description: Explore forms of theistic religious experience, concentrating on the Western Christian tradition; past and present cultural and philosophical challenges to traditional religious belief; the possibility of Christian faith and the struggle for justice and meaning. RELI 390: Additional 10-page research paper required. Credit may not be received for both RELI 280 and RELI 390. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for RELI 390 if student has credit for RELI 280.
