Description: Integration of theory with practice as students work with a mentor and cooperating teacher in the writing and implementation of units of instruction for a diverse student body. Students must be admitted to the Teacher Preparation Program and committed to student teaching. Required for certification. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for EDUC 421 if student has credit for EDUC 521. Repeatable for Credit.
