Description: Students are introduced to the principles of engineering leadership, strategies for launching and leading project teams, and methods for utilizing creativity and innovation in engineering environments. Learning methods in the class will include case studies, experiential simulations, group projects, and interactions with industry professionals. The abilities to lead teams and innovate are among the most highly valued skills in contemporary engineering.
