Description: Throughout the years, the way that Gotham's Dark Knight has been portrayed in the media has greatly evolved from the original idea that creator, Bob Kane, had envisioned. From Adam West's goofy and lovable Batman to Christopher Nolan's Batman infused with realism. In this class, students will study and discuss the mythology, symbolism, and history of Batman.
