Description: This course will provide users with the knowledge and experience to start their own home-brewing. Also, students will gain a wide perspective on beer related topics, including the history of beer, cultural and social impacts of beer, the chemical process behind the making of beer, and the different types of beer. Students must be 21 years or older.
