Description: This course requires a $25 fee. Must be 21 years or older to register. This course covers the origins and history of Scotch, Bourbon, and other types of Whisky as well as the chemical processes of fermentation, distillation, and cask maturation. The effect of these processes as well as climate and soil on the taste of Whisky will also be covered.
