Final Exam: Take-Home Exam
Description: A study on how people think about the taste of different foods and drinks including beer, wine, cheese, coffee, and game meats. All students enrolled in this course must be 21 years of age by the first day of class. No Exceptions. A $40 lab fee will be required on the first day.
