Description: Cooking with Chef Roger teaches students the fundamentals of cooking, helping them to cook healthy delicious meals. The classs also gives the students a clear idea about shopping for fresh ingredients and how to host successful parties. Students must pay a $50.00 fee in the Office of the Dean of Undergraduates before premission to register is granted. September 2nd is the deadline to withdraw with a refund of this fee.
