Description: How do you learn about another tradition? its texts, practices, or art? Its conversations with the modern West? We will focus on all these as we enter ancient Buddhist worlds of India and Tibet, by rading ancient texts and modern treatments, including films and scientific inquiry. Cross-list: RELI 102.
