Description: This course will look at the evolution of the ocean liner which served as the primary form of transatlantic transportation for over a century. Ocean liners were used for passage tot he New World by immigrants as well as the elite in society. Course will focus on superliner such as: RMS Lusitania, RMS Titanic, RMS Queen Mary, and the SS Normandie.
