Description: Using insights from services marketing and healthcare services this course will give a quantitative, yet applied perspective to manage all aspects of healthcare marketing. We take the idea that patient attitudes, judgments, and choice determines the success of various healthcare providers who must deal with them, and eventually healthcare outcomes. For this course, we will take a ?business? perspective: thus, the focus will be to teach you practical aspects of services and how to manage them in healthcare settings. While we focus on healthcare marketing, the ideas should be widely applicable.
