Description: Independent study and seminar course which focuses on modeling the mechanical properties of biological tissues. Data from experiments will be used to refine the predictions of nonlinear mathematical computer models. Aimed at juniors, seniors, and graduate students. Laboratory work performed at Baylor College of Medicine, computer work at Rice University.
