Description: Cross-cultural approaches to art and the senses. Students may engage any medium. Emphasis to be placed on issues generated from performance in the arts rather than from academia. Contrasts art and academic knowledge to explore alternative epistemologies and aesthetics. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for ANTH 329 if student has credit for ANTH 529.
