Description: Introduction to the emerging field of synthetic biology. Focuses on molecular biological procedures commonly used to build and characterize synthetic genetic circuits. Taught second half of spring semester. NOTICE: Course is closed to registration on ESTHER; to register, you must get the instructor's signature on a Special Registration form available from the Office of the Registrar. Prerequisite: BIOS 211 or equivalent lab.
