Description: Advanced treatment of X-ray crystallography, NMR spectroscopy, and electron microscopy. Emphasis on theory and application of these methods for the determination of the three-dimensional structure and dynamics of biological molecules and complexes. Biosciences Group A. Recommended prerequisite(s): BIOS 301, BIOS 352, BIOS 481, working knowledge of a programming language such as Fortran, C, Basic, MATLAB, or Pascal.
