Description: Study of the principal chemical and physical processes affecting gases and particles in the atmosphere. Overview of the atmospheric transport, transformation and dispersion of air pollutants on the urban, regional and global scale; atmospheric photochemistry and tropospheric ozone formation; influence of meteorology on air pollution; stratospheric chemistry and global climate change; interactions between gases and particles; characterization; chemical composition and size distributions of atmospheric particles.
