Description: NEURAL NETWORKS AND INFORMATION THEORY I ***** Review of major Artificial Neural Network paradigms. Analytical discussion of supervised and unsupervised learning. Emphasis on state-of-the-art Hebbian (biologically most plausible) learning paradigms and their relation to information theoretical methods.
