Description: ORGANIZATIONS IN THE INFORMATION AGE ***** We will review the remarkable technology of the Information Age and examine some of its effects on businesses and institutions. Information technology is re-shaping the structure of organizations and markets and challenging business leaders to re-think the ways in which businesses will prosper in the years ahead. We will explore these challenges and also speculate about the ways in which advancing information technology might further transform organizations.
