Description: COMPUTATIONAL METHODS IN STRUCTURAL MECHANICS ***** Introduction to differential and integral formulations, variational principles, weighted residuals, and principle of virtual work. Simple boundary, initial, and eigenvalue problems. Finite element, boundary element, and finite diffirence methods for structural mechanics. Study of nonlinearities.
