Description: This class will introduce students to the current issues in cybercrime. It will include topics such as auction fraud, hacking, and identity theft. Students will read and discuss the statutes and cases that govern each area. Each class will have a fact scenario that will be analyzed using Federal and State law. The class will also feature guest speakers who work in cybercrime-related fields, who will discuss their experience.
