Description: This course provides students the opportunity to build their operations and supply chain management skills through a hands-on, real-world project with a client company. Students work in 3–4 member teams, alongside representatives from the client organization, to address and resolve a meaningful supply chain issue. In addition to project execution activities, teams meet weekly to discuss project progress as well as associated obstacles and challenges.
