Description: In this course, students will work on understanding the concepts underlying market segmentation and how to apply those concepts to analyze different types of customers. This will include an overview of the market research concepts involved in segmentation. Students will then spend time working to better understand the customer lifetime value of different segments and the relative value those segments provide, including sensitivity of the models to risk and the value of referrals and the importance of prioritizing the order in which segments will be targeted.
