Description: This course is an examination of how religious worldviews contain arguments, assumptions and stories about the natural world that shape how people consider themselves in relation to the environment and decide what responsibilities they have to the environment. We will explore examples from diverse cultures and environments to wonder how the natural world shapes religions and how religions impact the environment. Mutually Exclusive: Cannot register for RELI 280 if student has credit for RELI 390.
